3.1 To access real-money gaming and betting services on pak365, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one pak365 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 pak365 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. 4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak365 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility.
4.2 If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify the pak365 support team immediately. pak365 will not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access where the breach was caused by the user's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 pak365 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. OTP verification is supported via SMS on Pakistani mobile networks and via authenticator applications.
5.1 All transactions on pak365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the platform's banking section and are subject to periodic revision. pak365 does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe for withdrawals, though the platform endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.
5.3 All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3.3. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods and accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pak365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 pak365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and to request documentation relating to the source of funds where required by applicable regulations or internal risk controls.
6.1 pak365 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
6.2 Bonuses are provided for recreational use only and may not be transferred or exchanged. Attempting to abuse bonuses, circumvent wagering requirements, or exploit promotional terms in a manner not intended by pak365 may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on pak365 are subject to the specific game rules and betting terms applicable to each product. For sports betting, including cricket betting covering PSL and international fixtures, markets are governed by the sporting event rules and pak365's sportsbook terms. For live casino games, the rules of the relevant table game apply as operated by the live dealer provider.
7.2 pak365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where a technical malfunction has affected the result, or where pak365 determines in its reasonable discretion that a bet was placed in connection with suspicious or fraudulent activity.
7.3 All casino game outcomes on pak365 are determined by certified random number generators. Results are final once a round has concluded, except where a technical error is identified and confirmed by pak365.

11.3 pak365's aggregate liability to any individual user for direct losses shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their pak365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
